VISIBL Wellness is a pharmacist-led weight management service, offered as part of the healthcare services available within the pharmacy.

Led by an experienced Independent Prescribing Pharmacist with specialist training in weight management and healthy weight coaching, our service is built around professional consultations that provide safe, evidence-based support. Where treatment is clinically appropriate, prescriptions may be issued by a qualified prescriber and dispensed by the pharmacy team.

A private consultation with a Specialist Independent Pharmacist Prescriber. Includes a tailored health assessment, professional advice, and safe, evidence-based support. Where treatment is clinically appropriate, prescriptions may be issued and dispensed by the pharmacy team.

IMPORTANT NOTICE : For your safety, we are required to verify your identity and BMI before prescribing. This may include checking photo ID, confirming height and weight measurements, and in some cases reviewing recent health tests. These steps ensure your treatment is clinically appropriate and in line with UK regulations.

FAQ – Your Questions Answered

Do I need to complete a medical questionnaire?

Yes. When you book a consultation, you’ll be sent a medical questionnaire. This helps us understand your health history, current medications, and weight details to check whether treatment may be suitable. Your booking is only confirmed once the questionnaire has been reviewed.

Do you prescribe medication?

Our consultations may include discussion of evidence-based treatment options. A prescription is only provided if it is clinically appropriate, following review of your medical questionnaire and a full consultation. All medicines are dispensed exclusively in partnership with A. Moore & Co. Dispensing Chemist.

Do I need to provide ID?

Yes. You’ll be asked to provide valid photo identification, which will be verified during your consultation. This ensures safe and responsible prescribing.

Will my BMI be checked?

Yes. Your Body Mass Index (BMI) will be verified as part of your assessment. If you are seen remotely, this will be confirmed during a secure video consultation.

Can I have an online consultation?

Yes. You can choose either a secure remote consultation or an in-person appointment at A. Moore & Co. Pharmacy in Knightsbridge.

How much does it cost?

We offer a variety of options to fit your needs. We would highly recommend our coaching service alongside the evidence-based treatments to support your weightloss journey. Please contact us for more information.

How often are medical follow-ups?

Follow-up appointments are personalised to your needs — typically every 3–4 weeks during the initial titration phase. Once your optimal dose is reached, reviews are scheduled less frequently, usually every 2–3 months.
